A Legacy of Excellence
Founded in 1980 by Carletto Bertoni in Costa Volpino (BG), CBL Utensileria Industriale began in a modest 120 m² space. Over the years, the company expanded its operations, achieving ISO 9002 certification in 1997, Vision 2000 in 2003, and ISO 9015 in 2015. In 1992, CBL inaugurated a new headquarters, initially 3,000 m², now expanded to 8,000 m², thanks to the acquisition of an adjacent warehouse dedicated to the repair and sale of machine tools and forklifts. This expansion allowed CBL to enrich its offerings with impeccable services and products always available in stock, maintaining a philosophy of continuity and quality. The company’s workforce grew from 25 employees in the 1990s to over 70 members, expanding its areas of intervention and assistance centers.
Transitioning to Industry 5.0: A winning partnership
In 2023, recognizing the need for advanced digital solutions, CBL partnered with Orchestra to digitize its products and facilitate access to incentives under Italy’s Transition 4.0 and 5.0 Plans. Orchestra provided a comprehensive “Transition 5.0” package, including technology for monitoring energy consumption related to production, as well as case management and appraisal services.
