SANDEZA AND ORCHESTRA FOR REAL-TIME CONTROL OF PRODUCTION DATA

ZPRODUCTION

Today we present zProduction from our Partner Sandeza, a product that is characterized by a particularly innovative approach focused on process optimization. zProduction stems from a general vision of the company as a “system” of people, flows and procedures aimed at producing goods.
There are a heterogeneous infinity of management systems on the market. Each of them, tends to “start” from a very specific point of view, be it accounting, warehouse management, marketing or production itself. Not surprisingly, over time, these software have gradually become known as ERP, MES, MRP, and CRM software.
Instead, zProduction was born out of expertise focused precisely on the business and production process as such. A manufacturing company follows, albeit in a thousand different ways, a basic process: it acquires customers, manages resources and machinery, plans procurement and production, monitors and optimizes costs, ensures traceability and quality, and manages documentation and inventory. All in the constant quest for optimization and constant, progressive innovation.

The philosophy behind this solution is therefore to provide a process approach, which is opposed to a starting point such as a specific department or unit might be, but is instead proposed as a true ecosystem that facilitates and accompanies companies in a ductile but determined way to their process structuring and organization. Identifying production stages, roles, tasks, and expected steps then become the steps and content of a platform that can truly accompany companies on their digital transformation journey.
A further interesting aspect is that it is a product – entirely developed and maintained in Italy – that is also able to interface with information structures, software and databases already existing in the company, with which it can connect by importing or exporting data and information.
The collaboration between Orchestra and Sandeza moves exactly in this direction: the data collected on the machines, suitably normalized, are integrated into an organic vision of the process, becoming business information of real value, fundamental for the optimization of production itself and more generally of profitability and business growth.
