FIDA: PLANTS AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Since 1969, FIDA SRL has been a leading company in Italy and abroad in the design, production and installation of complete industrial suction systems capable of guaranteeing high standards of safety and reliability, complying with EU regulations and the Atex directive.
Specifically, the company boasts a primary position in the design, production and installation of:

• suction systems for waste, dust, fumes and oily mists in industrial processing complete with bag filters, fans, storage silos, extraction systems, pneumatic conveying, grinding, refining, energy recovery, deodorization, fume purification;
• equipment to accompany plants for pellet production, waste treatment plants, plants for the mechanical and foundry sector and for inert dust abatement. FIDA supplies equipment that can guarantee high standards of safety and reliability, complying with the provisions of the EU Machinery Directive and the Atex Directive, which applies in the presence of potentially explosive atmospheres.

INDUSTRY 5.0 FOR SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING

Digitization and sustainability are confirmed as drivers for the competitiveness of manufacturing companies in the Industry 5.0 era. In this context, since 2021 FIDA has chosen Orchestra as its partner to digitize its plants and implement its manufacturing clients’ Industry 4.0 and 5.0 projects. For the Italian market, in particular, Orchestra offers plant builders a turnkey “Transition 5.0” package that includes technology for monitoring energy consumption relative to the equivalent unit of production and practice management and appraisal services recoverable at 100 percent as a tax credit.

• The customer has normalized and certified data at his disposal, allowing him to control, monitor and manage production in real time;
