CSA: ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING
Sustainability is the key word of the new Transition 5.0 Plan launched by the Italian government.
On the environmental side, having sustainable productions implies on the part of companies the ability to measure their environmental impacts and the adoption of technologies to improve the efficiency of their production processes.
CSA Safety & Environment and CSA ENGINEERING are consulting entities that address relevant environmental issues within a company such as:
- waste management/waste disposal cycle
- the management of emissions into the atmosphere
- workplace safety management and related training
- the design and execution of works for energy upgrading of buildings
Founded in Monza in 1991 as a center specializing in pollution source analysis, CSA – an acronym for Centro Studi Ambientali – has directed its attention and interest to regulations in the environmental field, in waste disposal, and in occupational health and safety. Together with the client, it drafts a comprehensive project identifying the best solutions to be adopted within the specific business reality.

MONITORING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS FOR MORE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION
CSA has chosen Orchestra as a partner to propose Industry 4.0 and 5.0 projects for its clients to digitize machines, plants and production lines in order to improve production efficiency and control environmental impacts.
Thanks to RETUNER®, machines/plants are interconnected to the customer’s factory business systems thus becoming part of the company’s production monitoring, control and management system. The interconnection thus enables the customer to obtain real-time data useful for defining its environmental impact and making the improvements necessary to increase the sustainability of its production.
The xMES component of RETUNER®, in particular, is able to monitor and define the energy consumption of each process and for each individual piece produced, putting the company in a position to obtain the information useful for accessing the benefits of the new Transition 5.0 Plan.
