RETUNER A COMPLETE SUITE OF PRODUCTS FOR INDUSTRY 4.0

RETUNER is a suite of products for Industry 4.0 that goes from the interconnection of machines, to the monitoring and control of machines, to the management of production orders, to the offer of innovative digital proximity services.

MiniMES4.0 is the MES, designed to allow small and medium-sized enterprises to plan, advance, monitor and finalize production orders with a simple, easy to use and economical digitization tool.

MiniMES4.0 communicates with third-party platforms.

At EMO you can see it at work at the UMATI stand and the MindSphere World stand.

ORCHESTRA as UMATI PARTNER

Since EMO 2019 Orchestra has been a partner of umati, the international community of machine manufacturers and their customers for the promotion and adoption of interfaces based on the OPC UA standard.

Our MiniMES4.0 is installed on the umati demonstrator and allows to monitor and control all the machines connected to the demonstrator itself, as well as to interconnect the non OPC UA compliant machines.

At EMO 2021 our MiniMES4.0 will connect and monitor the machines present at the fair of our partner Grinding Technology Srl.

UCIMU AWARDS 2021

Orchestra participated in the UCIMU 2021 Awards with a thesis on the importance of an efficient machine in Industry 4.0.

The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday October 9th starting at 2.30 pm at the Speakers Corner Hall 5 – Stand B44 / D31.
