Description

SMARTHinge^4.0 is the RETUNER software platform to provide IoT services for the manufacturing industry. All the SMARTEdge^4.0 managed and configured by the platform, send encrypted data to the SMARTHinge^4.0 which receives, verifies and certifies them before storing as ready to use information available to any other system. The platform may also generate warnings and alerts based on user-defined rules, sending notification by SMS or email to authorized users.

HMI’s on HTML5 offer browser based functionalities to monitor and control machines efficiencies and shifts, while the data related to the production progress tracking are shared through API RESTful json with the ERP and MES systems put in place by the organization.
